Return Process

  Carefully pack the items in their original boxes, ensuring all parts, manuals, and accessories are included to avoid restocking fees.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label and drop your package off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking information.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our hobby experts inspect the returned items, we will process your refund or store credit within 5 to 7 business days.
